Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to exchange your pair for another size then we are more than happy to exchange it within 10 days of purchase.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the 'same style' only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of a similar or higher value only.
We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, worn, or used.
No Exchange & Return requests will be accepted during the Juttiexpress sale period for products value below Rs 1500
