Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Size Exchange: We follow standard EUR sizes for the perfect fit. If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange it for the same style within 10 days. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of equal or higher value.
No Refunds or Cancellations: We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests.
Product Condition: Exchanges will not be accepted if the product is damaged, worn, or used.
Sale Period Restriction: No exchange or return requests will be accepted for products below Rs 1500 during the Juttiexpress clearence sale.
How to Exchange
Send the pair in its original box with the invoice to: Jutti Express, B-89, Sector 16, Noida 201301 Mention the desired exchange style and size on the invoice.
Message us on WhatsApp +91-7827762854, and we will arrange a pickup after you pay Rs 150 exchange charges.
If pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the pair to us.
